MSL2024 and MSL4048 Tape Libraries - Addendum (AH169-96002, November 2006)

To download a supp ort ticket with the MSL2024 OCP:
1. Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port.
2. From the Home screen, press Previous or Next until the screen displays Support.PressEnter to select.
3. Press Previous or Next until the screen displays Download Suppor t Ticket.PressEnter to select .
To download a support ticket with the MSL4048 O CP:
1. Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port.
2. Highlight Support > Support Ticket.PressOK to select.
3. Press OK to Proceed.
4. Remove the USB flash drive when the download is complete.
