Physical state of the cellular interface:

DOWN—The cellular interface is physically down because
no physical link is present or the physical link has failed.
UP—The cellular interface is both administratively and
physically up.

The MTU of the cellular interface. The MTU defaults to 1500
bytes, and a packet larger than the MTU is fragmented before
it is sent. If fragmentation is not allowed, the packet will be
dropped.
Hold timer refers to the lifetime of a packet in a network. It is
the maximum amount of time that a packet can exist in the
network before being dropped. The hold timer of packets on
the cellular interface is set to 10 seconds.
