reset counters interface
Use reset counters interface to clear statistics of an ATM interface.
Syntax
reset counters interface [ atm [ interface-number ] ]

Parameters
interface-number: Interface number.
Usage guidelines
Before collecting traffic statistics within a specific period of time on an interface, you need to clear the
existing statistics.
If you do not specify the atm keyword, this command clears the statistics of all interfaces.
If you specify atm but not interface-number, this command clears the statistics of the PVCs of all ATM
interfaces.
If you specify both atm and interface-number, this command clears the statistics of the PVCs of the
specified ATM interface.
Examples
# Clear the statistics of ATM interface ATM 1/0.
<Sysname> reset counters interface atm 1/0
shutdown
Use shutdown to shut down the interface.
Use undo shutdown to bring up the interface.
