Use shutdown to shut down a POS interface.
Use undo shutdown to bring up a POS interface.

undo shutdown

A POS interface is up.

Usage guidelines
When you modify parameters on a POS interface, execute the shutdown command, and then the undo
shutdown command for the modification to take effect.
