Usage guidelines
If neither all-instance nor vpn-instance is specified, this command clears statistics for the MSDP peers on
the public network.
Examples
# Clear statistics for the MSDP peer 125.10.7.6 on the public network.
<Sysname> reset msdp statistics 125.10.7.6
shutdown (MSDP view)
Use shutdown to deactivate the connection with the specified MSDP peer.
Use undo shutdown to reactivate the connection with the specified MSDP peer.
Syntax
shutdown peer-address
undo shutdown peer-address
Default
The connections with all MSDP peers are active.

Public network MSDP view, VPN instance MSDP view

peer-address: Specifies an MSDP peer.
Examples
# Terminate the connection with the MSDP peer 125.10.7.6 on the public network.

# Terminate the connection with the MSDP peer 125.10.7.6 in VPN instance mvpn.
