Usage guidelines
When you enable this function on an ATM interface, the interface pads a sent EoA packet to 60 bytes if
the packet (including the frame header) is smaller than 60 bytes.
This command is used on ATM interfaces that communicate with vendor-specific ATM devices. When the
ATM devices receive EoA packets, they use chips to resolve the Ethernet packets in the EoA packets, and
forward the Ethernet packets through Ethernet interfaces.

Use interface atm to create an ATM subinterface or enter an ATM subinterface view.
Use undo interface atm to delete ATM subinterface.

interface atm { interface-number | interface-number.subnumber [ p2mp | p2p ] }
undo interface atm interface-number.subnumber

interface-number: ATM main interface number.
subnumber: ATM subinterface number in the range of 0 to 1023.
p2mp: Sets the connection type on the subinterface to point-to-multiple point.
p2p: Sets the connection type on the subinterface to point-to-point.
Usage guidelines
Two types of connections are available on an ATM subinterface: p2mp and p2p. In p2mp connection,
you can create multiple PVCs on the subinterface. In p2p connection, you can create just one PVC on the
subinterface.
