The maximum number of VCs for connections with the same destination device is 1.

Parameters
count: Maximum number of VCs, in the range of 1 to 8.
Usage guidelines
If the parameter is greater than 1, and the sending window and the sending queue of virtual circuit are
filled full, the system will create a new virtual circuit to the same destination. If the new virtual circuit
cannot be created, packets will be discarded.

# Set the maximum value of VCs to 3 on the X.25 interface Serial 2/0.

Use x25 vc-range to set the upper and lower limits of X.25 virtual circuit range.
Use undo x25 vc-range to restore their default values.

and of outgoing-only channel are both 0.

Parameters
bi-channel ltc htc: Specifies the lowest and highest two-way channels of X.25 virtual circuit. The value
ranges for ltc and htc are both 0 to 4095. If htc (highest two-way channel) is set to 0, ltc (lowest two-way
channel) must also be set to 0, which indicates that the two-way channel section is disabled.
out-channel lic hic: Specifies the lowest and highest incoming-only channels of X.25 virtual circuit. The
value ranges for lic and hic are both 0 to 4095. If hic (highest incoming-only channel) is set to 0, lic
