• TEI_ASSIGNED.
• AWAITING_ESTABLISHMENT.
• AWAITING_RELEASE.
• MULTIPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED.
• TIMER_RECOVER.
• TEI_ASSIGNED_EXT1: a state option for TBR3 test,
meaning a deactivation instruction is received from
the underlying layer.
• TEI_ASSIGNED_EXT2: a state option for TBR3 test,
meaning a link establishment request is received.
