reset counters interface
Use reset counters interface to clear the statistics of tunnel interfaces.
Syntax
reset counters interface [ tunnel [ number ] ]

Parameters
number: Specifies the tunnel interface number in the range of 0 to 1023.
Usage guidelines
If you want to observe new traffic statistics on a tunnel interface, you can use this command to clear old
statistics:
• If no parameters are specified, this command clears the statistics for all interfaces.
• If only the tunnel keyword is specified, this command clears the statistics for all tunnel interfaces.
• If both the tunnel keyword and the number argument are specified, this command clears the
statistics for the specified tunnel interface.
All the MSR routers support this command. The following matrix shows the argument and hardware
