Use mpls rsvp-te timer graceful-restart restart to set the RSVP-TE GR restart interval.
Use undo mpls rsvp-te timer graceful-restart restart to restore the default.

The RSVP-TE GR restart interval is 120 seconds.

restart-time: Specifies the RSVP-TE GR restart interval in seconds, in the range of 60 to 300.
Usage guidelines
Before using this command, be sure to enable the GR capability for MPLS RSVP-TE.
