Usage guidelines
If the PoE power is overloaded and a PSE power-management-priority policy is enabled, the PoE
interface can enable PoE but whether it can supply power depends on its priority.
If the PoE power is overloaded and no PSE power-management-priority policy is enabled, the PoE cannot
enable PoE.
