Enabling Telnet parameters negotiation
If you enable Telnet parameters negotiation function for a terminal, the router negotiates parameters such

Enabling filtering of flow control characters
You can enable the FEP to filter flow control characters received from terminals, so as to prevent the case
that the FEP stops forwarding data to terminals according to the control characters.
