This command only filters control characters 0x11 and 0x13 carried in data flows sent from terminals to
the FEP.
0x13—Enables flow control.
0x11—Disables flow control.
To enable filtering of flow control characters:

Configuring the terminal type
This command will not affect terminal connections that have been established.
