Use outband to configure out-of-band DTMF transmission.
Use undo outband to restore the default.

Default
The inband DTMF transmission mode is adopted.

h225: Adopts DTMF H.225 out-of-band transmission.
h245: Adopts DTMF H.245 out-of-band transmission.
nte: Adopts DTMF named telephone event (NTE) transmission.
