Parameters
send-wink milliseconds: Specifies an interval (in milliseconds) from when the terminating side receives a
seizure signal to when it sends a wink signal in the wink start mode. The value range for milliseconds is
100 to 5000.
Examples
# Set the interval from when the terminating side receives a seizure signal to when it sends a wink signal
in the wink start mode to 700 milliseconds.
