Parameters
e1-number: Specifies an E1 channel by its number on a CPOS interface. The value range for this
argument is 1 to 63.
Usage guidelines
E1 channels on CPOS interfaces support two operating modes: clear channel (or unframed) and
channelized (or framed).
In unframed mode, an E1 channel can form a 2.048 Mbps serial interface without timeslot division.
It is numbered in the format of Serial interface number/channel number.
In framed mode, all timeslots except timeslot 0 on the E1 channel can be bundled arbitrarily to form
serial interfaces.
Examples
# Set E1 channel 3 on CPOS 2/4/0 to operate in unframed mode.
