Usage guidelines
When a device sends a hello to a neighbor but the device does not receive any reply within an interval,
the hello is lost. The device considers that the neighbor fails when it does not receive hellos or receives
erroneous hellos from the neighbor in three consecutive hello intervals.
If RSVP GR is enabled, the local device acts as a GR helper to help the neighbor to perform GR. If RSVP
GR is disabled but FRR is enabled on the local device, it performs an FRR.
If the maximum number is too big, neighbor failures cannot be promptly detected. If the maximum
number is too small, an operating neighbor might be regarded failed.
This command takes effect only after the RSVP hello extension function has been enabled by using the
rsvp hello enable command.

# Set the maximum number of consecutive lost or erroneous hellos to 6.
