Use undo remark local-precedence to delete the action.

local-precedence-value: Sets the local precedence to be marked for packets, in the range of 0 to 7.

remark qos-local-id
Use remark qos-local-id to configure the action of setting the specified local QoS ID for packets.
Use undo remark qos-local-id to delete the action.
