stp enable

Use undo stp enable to disable the spanning tree feature.
Syntax
stp enable
undo stp enable
Default

Views

Usage guidelines
When you enable the spanning tree feature, the device operates in STP, RSTP, or MSTP mode, depending
on the spanning tree mode setting.
When you enable the spanning tree feature, the device dynamically maintains the spanning tree status
of VLANs, based on received configuration BPDUs.
When you disable the spanning tree feature, the device stops maintaining the spanning tree status.
When the setting is configured in Layer 2 Ethernet interface view, it takes effect on only that interface.
Examples
# In MSTP mode, disable the spanning tree feature on port Ethernet 2/1.
