Current state
Status of the interface:
Administratively DOWN—The interface is administratively
down, which means the interface has been shut down by using
the shutdown command.
DOWN—The interface is administratively up, but the physical
status of the interface is down (probably because there is no
physical link or the link has failed).
UP—Both the management status and physical status of the
interface are up.
Description Description of the interface.

Status of the USB 3G modem:
Present—The modem is present.
Absent—The modem is absent.

Enabled—DM is enabled.
Disabled—DM is disabled.
