Field Description
Output interface
Output interface type and number.
If no interface is involved in fast forwarding, this field displays N/A.
If the output interface does not exist, this field displays a hyphen (-).

Use ipv6 fast-forwarding to enable IPv6 fast forwarding.
Use undo ipv6 fast-forwarding to disable IPv6 fast forwarding and remove all IPv6 fast forwarding

Usage guidelines
Fast forwarding reduces route lookup time and improves forwarding efficiency. It creates an entry for a
data flow after the first packet of the flow is forwarded through the routing table and uses the entry to
forward subsequent packets of the flow.
