You must configure the IGP TE extension to form a TEDB. Otherwise, the path is created based on IGP
routing rather than computed by CSPF.

To establish an MPLS TE tunnel by using a dynamic CRLSP, perform the following tasks:

Configuring MPLS TE attributes for a link
MPLS TE attributes for a link include the maximum link bandwidth, the maximum reservable bandwidth,
and the link attribute.
Perform this task on each interface that the MPLS TE tunnel traverses.
