Parameters
inbound: Specifies the inbound direction of the interface.
outbound: Specifies the outbound direction of the interface.
Usage guidelines
If no direction is specified, application statistics is enabled in both the inbound and outbound directions.
After this function is enabled, the device counts up the number of packets or bytes received or sent on the
interface separately for each application protocol, and it also calculates the port rates for these
protocols.
Use the display application statistics command to display application statistics.
