name application-name: Specifies an application protocol by its name, a case-insensitive string of 1 to

63 characters.

Usage guidelines

If no option or keyword is specified, this command displays statistics for application protocols on all

interfaces in both the inbound and outbound directions.

This command displays statistics for application protocols only after the application statistics function is

enabled on the specified interfaces. Disabling the application statistics function on the specified

interfaces deletes the corresponding application statistics.

You can display statistics for application protocols based on certain criteria, including application

protocol names, interface directions, interface names, or their combination.
