Use undo hookoff-time to disable forced on-hook.

Parameters
time: Specifies the time from off-hook to forced on-hook, in the range of 60 to 36000 seconds.
Usage guidelines
In some countries, PBXs do not play busy tones, or the busy tones only last for a short period of time.
When noise is present on a link, even the silence detection-based automatic on-hook function
(silence-detect threshold) cannot detect the busy tones and fails to release the call after on-hook. To solve
this problem, configure forced on-hook. Forced on-hook disconnects a call when the specified time
expires, even if the call is ongoing.
This command takes effect on all FXO interfaces of the card.

# Configure forced on-hook and specify the timer as 500 seconds.
