On an MSR2000 or MSR3000, the value of this field can be one of the following:
• Number—Specifies the device.
• vent—Specifies a sensor on the frame or fan tray.
On an MSR4000, the value of this field can be one of the following:
• Number—Specifies a card.
• vent—Specifies a sensor on the frame or fan tray.
Subslot
On an MSR2000 or MSR3000, the value of this field can be one of the following:
• 0 (zero)—Specifies the device.
• Non-zero number—Specifies a card.
On an MSR4000, the value of this field can be one of the following:
• 0 (zero)—Specifies a card.
• Non-zero number—Specifies a subcard.
