speed
Use speed to set the speed of an Ethernet interface.
Use undo speed to restore the default.
Syntax
speed { 10 | 100 | 1000 | 10000 | auto }
undo speed
Default
The speed of an Ethernet interface is autonegotiated.

Parameters
10: Sets the interface speed to 10 Mbps.
100: Sets the interface speed to 100 Mbps.
1000: Sets the interface speed to 1000 Mbps.
10000: Sets the interface speed to 10000 Mbps.

Usage guidelines
For an Ethernet copper port, use the speed command to set its speed to match the speed of the peer
interface.
For an optical port, use the speed command to set its speed to match the rate of a transceiver module.
