• If VT interfaces, dialer interfaces, or ISDN interfaces are used, the associated VA interfaces perform
IPHC. You can view the compression information on the VA interfaces.
• If MP-group interfaces are used, the MP-group interfaces perform IPHC. You can view the
compression information on the MP-group interfaces.
When IPHC applies to normal PPP links, physical interfaces perform IPHC. You can view the compression
information on the physical interfaces.
