ppp mp max-bind
Use ppp mp max-bind to set the maximum number of links in an MP bundle.
Use undo ppp mp max-bind to restore the default.
Syntax
ppp mp max-bind max-bind-num

The maximum number of links in an MP bundle is 16.

max-bind-num: Specifies the maximum number of links in an MP bundle, in the range of 1 to 128.
Usage guidelines

Use the default settin

in most situations. Inappropriate use of this command can cause PPP performance

radation. Make sure you understand the impact of this command on your network before you use it.
Configure the maximum number of links in an MP bundle to be greater than the actual number of bound
links. Otherwise, MP binding fails.
The maximum number of links configured for an MP bundle immediately takes effect. If the new maximum
number is smaller than the number of existing links, the existing links are not affected.

# Set the maximum number of links in an MP bundle to 12.

ppp mp min-bind
Use ppp mp min-bind to set the minimum number of links in an MP bundle.
Use undo ppp mp min-bind to restore the default.

The minimum number of PPP links in an MP bundle is 0, which means that MP dial-up relies on traffic
detection.
