The neighbor reachable time on the local interface is 30000 milliseconds, and the value of the
Reachable Time field in RA messages is 0. The reachable time is determined by the receiving device.

value: Specifies the neighbor reachable time in the range of 1 to 3600000 milliseconds.
Usage guidelines
If the neighbor reachability detection shows that a neighbor is reachable, the device considers the
neighbor reachable within the specified reachable time. If the device must send a packet to the neighbor
after the specified reachable time expires, the device reconfirms whether the neighbor is reachable.
The value specified by this command serves as the neighbor reachable time on the local interface. It also
serves as the value in the Reachable Time field in RA messages sent by the local interface.
