Basic MPLS commands
In this chapter, "MSR2000" refers to MSR2003. "MSR3000" collectively refers to MSR3012, MSR3024,
MSR3044, MSR3064. "MSR4000" collectively refers to MSR4060 and MSR4080.
display mpls forwarding ilm
Use display mpls forwarding ilm to display Incoming Label Map (ILM) entries.
Syntax
MSR2000/MSR3000:
display mpls forwarding ilm [ label ]
MSR4000:
display mpls forwarding ilm [ label ] [ slot slot-number ]

Parameters
label: Displays the ILM entry with the specified incoming label in the range of 16 to 1048575. If you do
not specify an incoming label, the command displays information about all ILM entries.
slot slot-number: Specifies a card by its slot number. If you do not specify a card, this command displays
ILM entries on the active MPU. (MSR4000.)
Usage guidelines
An ILM entry records the label operation type, outgoing label, and other forwarding information.
After an LSR receives a labeled packet, it does the following:
1. Identifies the ILM entry that matches the top label of the packet.
2. Performs the specified label operation.
3. Forwards the packet.
Examples
# Display the ILM entry with incoming label 30.
<Sysname> display mpls forwarding ilm 30
Flags: T - Forwarded through a tunnel
N - Forwarded through the outgoing interface to the nexthop IP address
B - Backup forwarding information
A - Active forwarding information
