OAP module commands
The commands in this chapter are supported only on HMIM-OAP modules.
In this chapter, "MSR1000" refers to MSR1002-4. "MSR2000" refers to MSR2003, MSR2004-24,
MSR2004-48. "MSR3000" collectively refers to MSR3012, MSR3024, MSR3044, MSR3064.
"MSR4000" collectively refers to MSR4060 and MSR4080.
oap connect
Use oap connect to log in to the CLI of an OAP module from the device.
Syntax
MSR3000:
oap connect system subslot-number
MSR4000:
oap connect slot slot-number system subslot-number

Parameters
slot slot-number: Specifies an OAP module by its slot number. (On an MSR3000.)
slot slot-number system subslot-number: Specifies an OAP module by its slot number and subslot number.
The slot-number argument must be 2. (On an MSR4000.)
Usage guidelines
To return to the CLI of the hosting device from the OAP module, press Ctrl+K.
Examples
# On an MSR3000, log in to the CLI of the OAP module in slot 5.
<Sysname> oap connect system 5
Press CTRL+K to quit.
Connected to OAP.
# On an MSR4000, log in to the CLI of the OAP module that resides in subslot 5 on the card in slot 2.
<Sysname> oap connect slot 2 system 5
Press CTRL+K to quit.
Connected to OAP.
oap reboot
Use oap reboot to reboot an OAP module.
