Parameters
slot slot-number: Specifies a card by its slot number. If no card is specified, this command displays IPC
statistics for the MPU. (MSR4000.)
display system internal l2-multicast mac forwarding verbose
Use display system internal l2-multicast mac forwarding verbose to display detailed information about
the MAC forwarding entries for Layer 2 multicast.
Syntax
MSR2000/MSR3000:
display system internal l2-multicast mac forwarding verbose [ mac-address ] [ vlan vlan-id ]
MSR4000:
display system internal l2-multicast mac forwarding verbose [ mac-address ] [ vlan vlan-id ] [ slot
slot-number ]

Parameters
mac-address: Specifies a MAC multicast group. If this argument is not specified, this command displays
detailed information about the MAC forwarding entries for all MAC multicast groups.
vlan vlan-id: Specifies a VLAN by its ID. The value range for the vlan-id argument is 1 to 4094. If you do
not specify any VLAN, this command displays detailed information about the MAC forwarding entries
for all VLANs.
