vlan vlan-id: Specifies a VLAN by its ID. The value range for the vlan-id argument is 1 to 4094. If you do

not specify any VLAN, this command displays detailed information about IP multicast forwarding entries

for all VLANs.

slot slot-number: Specifies a card by its slot number. If no card is specified, this command displays

detailed information about IP multicast forwarding entries for the MPU. (MSR4000.)

display system internal l2-multicast ip verbose

Use display system internal l2-multicast ip verbose to display detailed information about IP multicast

groups for Layer 2 multicast.

Syntax

MSR2000/MSR3000:

display system internal l2-multicast ip verbose [ group group-address | source source-address ] * [ vlan

vlan-id ]

MSR4000:

display system internal l2-multicast ip verbose [ group group-address | source source-address ] * [ vlan

vlan-id ] [ slot slot-number ]

Parameters

group group-address: Specifies a multicast group address. If this option is not specified, this command

displays detailed information about all multicast groups.

source source-address: Specifies a multicast source address. If this option is not specified, this command

displays detailed information about the multicast groups with all multicast sources.
