For the E&M non-signaling mode to work with the PLAR function, you must configure the private-line
command on the originating device. For more information about the PLAR function, see "Configuring dial
programs."
Examples
# Enable the E&M non-signaling mode for E&M interface 2/3/1 on the originating device, and specify
the monitoring time as 120 seconds.
