Uninstalling Fab

After uninstalli
ng Fabric Manager, check whether the Fabric Manager installation folder
still exists on t
he host. If it still exists, then manually delete it.
Zoning
The following sections describe zoning.
Zone Editor with SSL
When SSL is enabled in Fabric Manager and the user tries to launch Zone Editor from
the Zone Admin dialog, the operation fails with the following error message:
Web license no
t available on the seed switch.
The same error occurs when user tries to launch Zone Editor from Device Diagnostics
Wi zard.
Workaround: L
aunch Web Tools Zone Admin from the browser rather than using Fabric
Manager’s embedded Zone Editor.
Editing zone configurations
Adding multiple Zone Configurations from the lef t view to the right does not work; only
the first configuration is moved.
Workaround: Merge each configuration one at a time.

When you cli
ckMergeAllintheZoneMergeManagermoduleduringafabricmerge,
the alias is not added to the right pa ne.
Workaround: Ma nually add the zone alias using the command, cfg. Refer to the Fabric
OS Administrator’s Guide and Fabric OS Command Refer ence for more i nformation.
LSAN zone configuration
While con fi guring LSAN Zones, in the Configure Domain ID dialog, you cannot add the
phantom switch to the right pane.
Workaround: Close and reopen the Configure Domain ID dialog.
