7. The Update Device Driver Wizard will appear. Click Next.

8. Select the radio button: Display a list of the known drivers for this device so

that I can choose a specific driver. Click Next.

9. Select Have Disk and Browse to the location where the driver was downloaded.

10. Select the Hewlett-Packard NetRAID-4M drivers and finish the install.

11. Reboot the server with the firmware update floppy in the floppy disk drive.

Windows NT 4.0

1. At the main Windows NT desktop, select Start > Settings > Control Panel.

2. Select SCSI Adapters.

3. Select the Drivers tab.

4. Select HP NetRAID-4M controller.

5. Select Remove. Choose Yes when asked if you are sure. Choose cancel so as

not to reboot the server when prompted.

6. Select Add.

7. Select Have Disk and Browse to the location where the driver was downloaded.

8. Select the Hewlett-Packard NetRAID-4M drivers and finish the installation.

9. Reboot the server with the firmware update floppy in the floppy disk drive.

NOTE Do not let the installation utility search for the driver. This

will result in it finding an existing out-of-date driver on the

hard disk drive, rather than the newly downloaded driver.
