HP NetServer System Recovery
Checklist
Use this generic checklist to recover from potential HP NetServer system
problems.
HP NetServer System symptoms:
– Cannot see Controller(s) on restart
– Drives cannot be seen or some are not seen
– Container is critical
– Configurations do not match on start-up only
Steps:
To recover from the symptoms listed above, record system status and
system data during failure that includes:
a Configuration data
b Recent equipment changes
c Error messages
d LED Status - ON/OFF, blinking, color
e Power supplies
f Drive enclosure
