IOPn.InputProvider Set Input Active
This command forces the arbitration timeout to expire and switches the active input devices to
the specified IOP. For this command to be valid, arbitration timeout must be enabled. (Refer to
the IOPn.InputProvider Set Arbitration Timeout command.)

Variables
n – the ID number of the IOP (1 or 2)
