Chapter 6 MtcDsl Messages
IOPn.MtcDsl status: An invalid client callback ID was encountered (offendingValue).
Severity Error
Description The Device Synchronization Layer encountered an unknown callback identifier.
Hardware/Software This message indicates an HP NetServer AA server software error or an intermittent IOP
hardware failure.
Action Reboot the IOP and allow it to rejoin the HP NetServer AA server. Refer to Chapter 9 in HP
NetServer AA Solution Administrator’s Guide for information about how to reboot an IOP.
IOPn.MtcDsl status: An invalid component state was encountered (offendingValue).

Hardware/Software This message indicates an HP NetServer AA server software error or an intermittent IOP
hardware failure.
Action • Reboot the IOP and allow it to rejoin the HP NetServer AA server. Refer to Chapter 9

IOP.
• Verify whether the IOP is experiencing intermittent hardware failures and correct any
failures.
