IOPn.MtcMon Fault Handler status: Fault information log is not open.
Severity Error
Description The Endurance software was unable to store the most recent fault message information to the
MtcFh.hrl file in the config subdirectory of the IOP’s system root because the file could not be
opened for writing. This error is not directly related to the fault condition being reported, but
it is indicative of a file system error on the reporting IOP.
