IOPn.MtcMon FRU: CEx MIC fault.
Va r ia b le s x – the ID of the CE with the MIC fault
Severity Error
Description The MIC adapter on the specified CE is malfunctioning. Usually this indicates that the MIC
adapter is neither receiving nor transmitting messages properly and is probably due to a
hardware problem with the specified MIC.
Action • Run the MIC Connectivity Test in the MIC BIOS utility to validate that the paths between
the CE and the Endurance server are functioning properly.
• Replace the MIC if it appears to be faulty.
IOPn.MtcMon FRU: CEx Power supply failure.
Va r ia b le s x – the ID of the CE with the power supply failure
Severity Error
Description The power supply to the specified CE was interrupted.
Action • Make sure that the CE has not been powered off.
• Check the power supply connections to the specified CE.
• Check the internal power supply function of the CE.
• Make sure that line voltage is within operational parameters for the CE.
• Replace the CE MIC.
