IOPn.MtcMon status: The Monitor is waiting for all required interconnects to become available.
Severity Error
Description When the Endurance server initializes, the Monitor waits for all transport and datagram drivers
to register before allowing the IOP to begin operations. The drivers have registered with the
Monitor, but did not provide paths to all remote elements in the system as expected. The local
IOP cannot join the Endurance configuration until all expected paths become available.
Hardware/Software This message is generated as a result of an internal software error.
Action • Reinstall the Endurance software on the IOP that reports this event.
• If the problem persists, contact your service provider for assistance.
IOPn.MtcMon status: The Monitor's ClientList value in the Windows NT Registry is invalid.
Severity Error
Description The Monitor's Registry parameter value ClientList is not valid. This occurs if either of the
following conditions is true:
• The length (in bytes) of the value is too long. The maximum allowable size is 255
(decimal) bytes.
• The clients IDs 10, 11, or 12 do not appear in the ClientList (all values in hexadecimal):
Hardware/Software This condition is due to a software configuration error.
Action The ClientList Registry value is not valid. This entry must be reconstructed to reflect the
clients that the Monitor expects to register during IOP start-up. Re-install the Endurance
software in the IOP.
