IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Cannot access disk for requested operation.
Severity Error
Description The administrator attempted an operation using the HP NetServer AA Manager. However, the
disk cannot be accessed for the desired operation.
Action Check the event log for previous messages that indicate why the disk is not accessible for the
desired operation.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Cannot access DISKn for requested operation. Check prior events for details.

IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Cannot disable write cache for DISKn. This disk type may have exhibited problems with write
cache. This feature should be disabled to prevent corruption problems. It is strongly recommended that this drive
not be used.

Severity Error
Description The SCSI Provider has detected a drive believed to have problems when write caching is
enabled, and the SCSI Provider was unable to disable write caching on the disk. File system
corruption problems may occur if this disk is used.
Action Marathon strongly recommends that a different model drive replace the current drive.
