IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn encountered a bad block at SECTOR during a mirror copy.
Va r ia b le s n – the disk number; for example, DISK0, DISK1, DISK2
SECTOR – the sector number of the sector containing the bad block
Severity Error
Description The source disk of a mirror copy encountered a bad block.
Action Make a note of the bad block for later diagnostic purposes.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: DISKn encountered a write error during a mirror copy.

Severity Error
Description The specified mirror copy target disk encountered a write error during a mirror copy.
Action • Reboot the IOP that contains the disk that experienced the write error.
• Reformat any data partitions (not the HP NetServer AA partition) on the disk.
Note: Do not quick format the partitions.
• The disk will likely become a copy target, and a mirror copy will start.
• If you do not want the disk to become a mirror copy target, or if the problem persists,
contact your service provider for assistance.
