IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Failed to reset the HP NetServer AA partition for DISKn. The local IOP was unable to access
the disk to reset the HP NetServer AA partition, or the disk did not have access to become a copy target.
Va r ia b le s n – the disk number; for example, DISK0, DISK1, DISK2
Severity Error
Description The administrator attempted to reset the specified disk's HP NetServer AA partition using the
HP NetServer AA Manager, but the reset failed.
Action HP NetServer AA SCSI software may not have had access to the disk for the request to reset
the partition, or the disk was unable to become a copy target. Either condition could occur
because the disk may have failed a read or a write request.
• If so, try enabling the disk.
• Otherwise, review the event log, looking for other problems involving the disk.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Local member of DISKn mirror set is not online.
Va r ia b le s n – the disk number; for example, DISK0, DISK1, DISK2
Severity Warning
Description The specified disk is not online. Check the event log for previous messages to find out the
reason for the offline status.
Action No action is required, but you may want to review the event log, looking for previous messages
that indicate why the disk is not online.

Description The remote peer of the specified disk is not online. Check the remote IOP's event log for
