IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Mirror copy could not be restarted.
Severity Error
Description HP NetServer AA SCSI software was unable to restart a mirror copy as requested by the
administrator.
Action Review the event log, looking for previous messages that indicate why the mirror copy could
not be restarted. For example, if one of the mirrored disks had failed a read or a write request,
then it would not be eligible for a mirror copy until it had been successfully enabled.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Mirror set audit information dump.
Severity Informational
Description This is an HP NetServer AA internal status message.
Action No action is required.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Mirror set copies halting due to both CEs or an IOP being down.
Severity Warning
Description Either an IOP or the CEs have been removed from a running HP NetServer AA system. This
will force all mirror set copies to halt.
Action No action is required.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Mirror set copy from IOPn to IOPn for DISKx has been cancelled. Review prior events, and
check the other IOP’s event log for more details.

Description A mirror copy can be cancelled when an IOP or the CEs are removed from a running HP
