IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Unable to restart a mirror copy for DISKn because its copy has not failed. HP NetServer AA
Manager request to restart the mirror copy was ignored.

Severity Error
Description An attempt was made to use the HP NetServer AA Manager to restart a mirror copy that has
not failed. This is not allowed.
Action No action is required.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Unable to shut down DISKn gracefully.

Severity Error
Description HP NetServer AA software was not able to update its timestamp information before the disk
was shut down.
Action Contact your service provider for assistance.
IOPn.MtcScsiP status: Unable to write HP NetServer AA partition for DISKn.

Severity Error
Description The HP NetServer AA disk software was unable to write the HP NetServer AA partition for
the specified disk.
Action • Reboot the IOP, bringing it up in Offline HP NetServer AA I/O Processor Mode.
• Use Disk Administrator to format the HP NetServer AA partition with either FAT or
NTFS. Do not quick format the partition.
• Reboot the IOP, bringing it up in Operational HP NetServer AA I/O Processor Mode.
• Use the HP NetServer AA Manager to reset the HP NetServer AA partition on the disk.
The disk will likely become a copy target, and a mirror copy will start.
• If you do not want the disk to become a mirror copy target, or if the problem persists,
contact your service provider for assistance.
