• In the HP NetServer AA Solution Installation Guide on page 59 in the section Installing
the Virtual Network Redirector, replace Step 2 with the following, which indicates that
you perform this step on the CE:
• On page 148 of the HP NetServer AA Solution Administrator’s Guide, the graphic
showing the output from the IOPn.Monitor Show Configuration command contains errors.
The fields with the description “Marathon System Interconnect” and a log device type of
“MSI” are incorrect. The correct terms are “Endurance System Interconnect,” and the log
device type of “ESI.”

2. On the CE, install the Virtual Network Redirector for
IOP1.
a. Using the Control Panel, Network icon, click the
Adapters tab.
b. Select Add, then Have Disk.
c. Type
cdrom_drive:\EthR (for example, E:\EthR).
Be sure to enter Network Properties
from within the CE Desktop window.
