Install the I/O Baseboard and Tray
6a. Lower the I/O tray
into place.
6b. Press the latches back.
6c. Fasten all three screws.

6. Install the LXr 8500 I/O tray as follows (see Figure 5-6):
a. Set the I/O tray into place.
b. Press the latches back to engage the connectors.
c. Fasten all three screws.
WARNING It is important that you install the I/O tray before the
processor tray, and that you screw in all three of the I/O tray
screws at this time. If this order of assembly is not followed,
you might find problems with the interconnects and with the
alignment of screws.
